4 years on the 4th! I feel like I blinked and 4 yrs passed. When I tell you this man is my biggest cheerleader, I mean it. I could throw some paint on a piece of paper and he’ll say it should be in an art museum. Or when I designed Viv’s nursery and picked out a very light grey color paint that looked exactly like the paint color already on the walls he would say “your paint color completely transformed this room” 🤣. He’ll go run errands and bring home an iced latte, he just knows when I’m cooking in the kitchen and quietly crying to myself because some days are damn hard without my Grandma here and he’ll walk up behind me and hold me and tell me everything is going to be ok. Thank you for choosing me to be your wife. Happy anniversary ❤️ @zachshue

One thing about me is I will always hate the taste of black licorice but LOVE the taste of shaved fennel on salad. I don’t know what it is, but the flavor combo is SO good. Garlic Bread Bruschetta
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes

For the Garlic Bread Bruschetta
6 tablespoons vegan salted butter, softened
3 garlic cloves, minced or put through a garlic press
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley, optional
1 baguette, sliced 1/2 inch thick on the diagonal
10 oz cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
5 fresh basil leaves, julienned
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Shredded Parmesan, for garnish

For the Dipping Sauce
½ cup Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise
1 garlic clove, minced
½ lemon, juiced
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Make the dipping sauce: Add the Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and freshly cracked pepper to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
In a small bowl, stir together the softened butter, garlic, black pepper, and dried parsley. If using unsalted butter add ½ teaspoon salt.
Smear each bread slice with garlic butter and place them on a plate.
Heat a gas grill on medium.
When the grill is ready, place bread slices onto the grill. Grill, turning once and watching carefully; about 3-5 minutes or until bread is lightly browned.
Bruschetta topping: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil leaves, and salt.
Top each garlic toast with a spoonful of the tomato mixture. Sprinkle with Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Shredded Parmesan. Serve!
