Hopping on the #butterboard trend! I made a @texasroadhouse inspired board using their cinnamon butter as my inspiration 🤤🤤
Butter boards are the viral thing at the moment so I thought how perfect to make a deconstructed Texas Roadhouse version! Yum!!
• Ingredients
• 1 stick salted butter, room temperature
• 1/4 cup honey
• 3 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp cinnamon + more to garnish
• Warm bread

Instructions
• spread the butter on a platter
• Place honey in a microwaveable bowl and heat for 10 seconds.
• Add the powdered sugar and cinnamon to the warmed honey. Stir until combined.
• Drizzle the cinnamon honey on top of the butter. Swirl it together.
• Sprinkle more cinnamon on top and serve with warm bread!

The BEST chicken zoodle soup (recipe below). It’s so easy to make and you won’t even miss the noodles with this recipe. It’s low carb, flavorful, and made in 30 mins or less.
Chicken Zoodle Soup
INGREDIENTS
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
* ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* 1 yellow onion, diced
* 3 stalks celery, diced
* 2 carrots, peeled and diced
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 sprig fresh rosemary, minced
* ½ teaspoon chipotle chili powder (optional for heat)
* 6 cups chicken broth
* 2 dried bay leaves
* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 3 medium-sized zucchini, spiralized
* 1 lemon, juiced
* Fresh parsley leaves, chopped for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onions, celery, and carrots. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until tender.
2. Stir in minced garlic and rosemary. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Sprinkle in chipotle chili powder (optional).
3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and add bay leaves, and chicken breasts. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Once the chicken is cooked to 165 degrees F, remove and shred.
5. Stir in zucchini noodles and chicken; reduce heat and simmer until zucchini is tender, about 3-5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with rosemary, lemon slices, and parsley.

Sheet Pan Italian Sausage & Vegetables #viralreels
INSTRUCTIONS
• 1 pound hot (or mild) Italian sausage
• 1 red pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow pepper, sliced
• 1 green pepper, sliced
• 1 zucchini, sliced
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
• ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
• ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
• 1 (16-ounce) package potato gnocchi
• Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS
• 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
• 2. On a large baking sheet, add the Italian sausage, peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper. Toss to coat.
• 3. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through.
• 4. While it’s baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the top of the pot, about 4 minutes.
• 5. Once the sausage is cooked, remove the baking tray from the oven.
• 6. Using a slotted spoon, add the cooked gnocchi on top of the sausage and vegetables.
• 7. Turn the broiler on high. Place the sheet pan under the broiler for 5 minutes, or until the gnocchi is golden brown.
• 8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil. Serve warm.
