– chicken breast cubed – cornstarch – salt – pepper – olive oil –garlic minced – chicken broth – honey – soy sauce or tamari – Old Bay Seasoning – butter –lemon juiced – red pepper flakes
Sear the chicken. Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add the chicken cubes in a single layer and cook per recipe instructions
Deglaze the pan. Add the chicken broth to the hot pan and scrape the brown bits at the bottom of the pan. Add the honey, soy sauce, and Old Bay Seasoning. Stir and let the sauce thicken.
