White Chocolate Peppermint Bark Recipe

White Chocolate Peppermint Bark is a sweet and refreshing holiday treat. This recipe combines the rich creaminess of white chocolate with the cool and invigorating flavor of peppermint, and adds a healthy twist with the addition of yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla-flavored yogurt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • crushed candy canes

Instructions

  • Prep the pan. Place parchment paper on a rimmed cookie sheet. 
  • Melt the chocolate. Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly.
  • Make the chocolate bark. Evenly spread a thick layer of vanilla yogurt onto the baking sheet. Place dollops of the melted white chocolate on top of the yogurt. Use a knife to gently swirl the chocolate into the yogurt. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  • Freeze. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Serve. Break apart the bark with your hands and store it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
