Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite holiday-colored sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Blend the cookie dough. Combine the cake mix, egg whites, flour, and oil in a large bowl. Add the white chocolate chips and chocolate chips. Gently fold in 1/4 of your favorite holiday sprinkles.
  • Scoop the cookie dough. Scoop the dough and roll into balls then place on your baking sheets. Gently press down on the cookie dough balls and place a few extra chocolate chips and sprinkles on top.
  • Bake. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake the cookies.

Notes

  • Try adding 1 teaspoon of almond extract to the cookie batter for added flavor.
  • Don't overmix this recipe. This will help ensure your cookies don't get tough.
  • Bake these right away, before the batter warms up too much. This will help them not to end up flat.
  • If your batter is a bit warm, stick the bowl in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes before you roll the cookies.
  • If your dough is sticky, refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Don't overbake these cookies. Remove them from the oven about a minute before you think they're done and let them sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
  • Use parchment paper on your baking sheets. This helps make sure the bottoms don't burn, and also makes cleanup a breeze.
