Holding a Certificate of Training for Gluten-Related Disorders from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, she is a trusted resource for the National Celiac Association and the Celiac Disease Foundation.
Beyond her professional achievements, Jodi delves into creativity with Lunch Bites lunchbox note cards and has authored “Super Simple Cooking for Kids.” Her commitment to nurturing a love for good food in both children and adults shines through these endeavors.
