Air Fried Zucchini Chips

Air Fried Zucchini Chips are a delicious and healthy snack. Made with fresh zucchini, a blend of spices, and a tangy vinegar kick, these low-carb and crunchy chips are a great alternative to traditional potato chips.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced zucchini (about 2 medium) sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or vinegar of choice
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions

  • Prep the zucchini. Using a mandoline, slice the zucchini into thin chips. Place the zucchini chips into a large bowl. Add vinegar and gently stir to make sure all chips are coated in vinegar.
  • Prep the air fryer. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Add zucchini chips in a single layer to the air fryer basket.
  • Air Fry. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F. Air fry for 9 minutes, flip the chips over, and air fry for another 8-9 minutes. Once they are done cooking, sprinkle the zucchini chips with salt.
