- 3 cups sliced zucchini (about 2 medium) sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or vinegar of choice
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Prep the zucchini. Using a mandoline, slice the zucchini into thin chips. Place the zucchini chips into a large bowl. Add vinegar and gently stir to make sure all chips are coated in vinegar.
Prep the air fryer. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Add zucchini chips in a single layer to the air fryer basket.
Air Fry. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F. Air fry for 9 minutes, flip the chips over, and air fry for another 8-9 minutes. Once they are done cooking, sprinkle the zucchini chips with salt.
