Cook the beef. Heat a Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and then add the ground beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned. About 10 minutes. Add the diced onion, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Combine the ingredients. Add the broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then turn down and simmer. Add the cooked pasta and gently stir.
