- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes
- 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 1 jalapeno sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- tortilla chips for serving
Brown the Italian sausage. Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the fat.
Add the other ingredients. Add the Rotel tomatoes and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted.
Serve. Serve hot topped with tomatoes, jalapenos and parsley.
