- 6 slices texas toast frozen
- 8 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 2 avocados mashed
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Prep the bread. Toast the bread in the oven according to package instructions.

Whisk the eggs then cook. Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet. Pour the eggs into the skillet and slowly cook on low. Stirring frequently. As they are about halfway done cooking sprinkle the cheese into the eggs.

Make the guacamole. Combine the avocado, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and salt in a mixing bowl. Spread on top of each slice of garlic toast. Add the cheesy eggs on top.
