Pulled Pork Sliders Recipe
Pulled pork sliders are a favorite dinner that comes together quickly using leftover pulled pork. Shredded pork is piled onto Hawaiian rolls and then topped with cheese. The buns are brushed with a mixture of mayo and spices and then baked to a golden brown.

- 6 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 1/2 cups leftover pulled pork
- 3 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
Preheat oven and prep the rolls. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the rolls in half without cutting them apart setting the top half aside.
Build the sliders. Add the pulled pork to the bottom of the rolls. Top with cheese then place the top of the rolls on top.
Blend the topping. In a small mixing bowl combine the mayo, horseradish, and dried onion. Using a pastry brush spread on top of the dinner rolls.
Bake. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the topping is baked into the rolls. Serve hot.
